EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Season: January - March 2023

Summer Social is back with offerings played on Thurday, Friday, and Sunday. Competitions are open to all and Hockey ACT are taking both individual and team registrations.

Thursday Night Social

The Thursday night competition is for those players looking to play the “real deal” with full field games being played with 4 x 17 minute quarters. Games will be scheduled between 6pm and finished by 10:30pm. A ladder will be kept for this competition. Results need to be entered via the RevSport portal. Bar tab prizes will be awarded to teams for the last round.

Sunday Afternoon Social

The Sunday afternoon social competition allows friends and family to play together in a relaxed environment. The Competiotn The Sunday Social competition will be played on a full sized field with 50 minute games consisting of 2 x 25 minute halves. The competition is played with modified social rules making it safer and more inclusive for all skill levels. Games are scheduled between 2pm - 7pm. No ladder is kept for this competition however teams are able to nominate for either division 1 or 2. 

Womens Masters 7's Social Competiton

The Women’s Masters 7's competition is a 7 week, 7 a-side hockey format runing on Friday nights between 6pm - 9pm. Games will be played on half fields with 2 x 20 minute halves. Scores are kept for Division 1 with prizes awarded to both divisions for the last round. All games will have one umpire appointed by teams to fill their teams commitments. Teams may have one player over 30 and an optional goal keeper that may be any age.
