Canberra Chill v Tassie Tigers Home Game Information

When are the Canberra Chill home games?

Double-headers featuring both male and female matches are being played on the following dates.

  • Sunday 15 October v Tassie Tigers, men from 2:00pm, women from 3:30pm*
  • Saturday 28 October v NSW Pride, women from 3:00pm, men from 4:30pm
  • Friday 10 November v Brisbane Blaze, women from 6:30pm, men from 8:00pm

When do gates open?

Gates open at 1pm, one hour before pushback of the first match.

The second match commences 1.5 hours after the first match. 

How do I get a Canberra Chill Membership?

The best value for money is to get a Canberra Chill membership, these give you access to all three home games plus an exclusive membership pack.

Memberships are in two categories:

Gold - The only way to secure reserved, undercover seating for all three home games. Buy your Gold Membership here.

Blue – General admission access for all three home games. Buy your Blue Membership here.

How do I get a ticket to the game?

Tickets for our home games are available to purchase through INTIX. Additional service and processing fees are charged on each transaction.

Ticket prices are:

Adult

Concession/Junior (5-17)

$15

Family of 4 (2 adults/2 children)

$50

Family of 5 (2 adults/3 children)

$60

Family of 6 (2 adults/4 children)

$70

Under 5’s can enter the facility with a paying adult.

Can I buy a ticket at the gate?

There will be a limited number of tickets available to purchase at the gate, however, we strongly recommend pre-purchasing your ticket to avoid any delay in entering the facility making the entry experience faster and smoother.

What areas are classified as general admission areas?

The northern grandstand, front concourse, and spectator hill are general admission areas.

How do I get in and where is everything located?

Entry is through the gate between the back of the Hockey Shop and Canberra City Gymnastics.

Will there be food and drink available throughout the facility?

Yes! Pick Up Stix will be open for food and drinks, there will also be additional bars throughout the facility, with a Billson’s Bar behind the scoreboard on the hill and a bar near the entry gate.

How do I access my membership?

1. Download the INTIX App on your smartphone - click HERE for Apple, and HERE for Google Play.

2. Clik on Season Tickets

3. Login to your INTIX account - please use the orginial email address used upon purchasing the members

4. Find your season tickets and swipe left/right to view ant additional memberships purchased.

What restrictions are there regarding what I can bring to the National Hockey Centre?

  • No animals, except registered service animals

  • No smoking or vaping, please see the map for dedicated areas outside the facility

  • No BYO alcohol.

Bag checking will be in operation. Please allow extra time for potential queues at busy times if you intend to bring bags.

Anyone caught attempting to bring their own alcohol into the venue may be refused entry or will be required to leave the venue immediately.

Where should I park?

Parking will be available throughout the facility, on a first come first served basis. We encourage where possible to carpool or use public transport.

Can I get any Canberra Chill merchandise at the game?

Yes, please see Al in the Hockey Shop on your way into the entry gate.

I can’t make it to the game – can I watch online or on TV?

The entire JDH Hockey One League season will be live-streamed/broadcast - live and free – through 7Plus.
