END OF SEASON SURVEYS - OUTDOOR 2021
Dear Members,
Thank you for being a part of our Hockey ACT community during the 2021 Winter Season!
From the staff at Hockey ACT, thank you for your involvement. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to finish the season as planned, however we would love to hear of your experience this season.
There are surveys for members who were a part of the Junior competition, Senior competition, Hookin2Hockey and Umpires.
Each survey will take approximately 5 mins to complete and we ask if you can provide feedback on the competition that Hockey ACT were able to conduct prior to the ACT shutdown.
