Hockey ACT Facilities Committee

Hockey ACT is establishing the Hockey ACT Facilities Committee to assist with the long term infrastructure planning for the National Hockey Centre at Lyneham and Tuggeranong Hockey Park at Greenway.

The Sub Committee has an advisory role assisting Hockey ACT in fulfilling its infrastructure planning, development and construction management activities for all major capital projects. This includes considering the emerging needs of the hockey community with reference to accessibility and inclusion issues for participants of all ages and genders. The Sub Committee will assist Hockey ACT to ensure all facilities continue to meet risk management standards and effectively meet the ongoing operational needs of the hockey community. Where required, the Sub Committee will provide advice, through the ACT Finance Committee, on major strategic projects, risks and opportunities for the future development of Hockey ACT facility development.

Hockey ACT is seeking nominations from individuals with relevant industry experience or experience with long term planning to allow the facility to meet the needs of the community into the future.
