Hockey ACT - Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is given of Hockey ACT Incorporated’s Annual General Meeting incorporating the consideration of a Special Resolution to be held in accordance with item 17.1 of the Hockey ACT Constitution, at the National Hockey Centre, 196 Mouat St. Lyneham on Tuesday 7 May 2024 at 6:00pm.

Nominations are being called for the positions of:

• 2 Elected Directors – 3 year terms

These nominations should be lodged with the CEO no later than 5:00pm Tuesday 23 April 2024 and include a completed nomination form signed by two member clubs. Nominees are also requested to provide a copy of their Resume outlining your skills and experience which will then be considered by the HACT nominations committee for recommendation to voting members at the AGM.

Any notices of motion for the Hockey ACT AGM in accordance with section 19.4 of the Hockey ACT Constitution should be submitted to the CEO no later than 5:00pm Tuesday 23 April 2024
