HOW TO ASK R U OK ? SIMPLE STEPS THAT COULD CHANGE A LIFE
This year, we are encouraging people to visit the R U OK website. The website provides excellent resources on how to have a conversation if you think a teammate is not ok. By starting a conversation and commenting on the changes you’ve noticed, you could help that teammate open up. If they say they are not OK, you can follow the conversation steps to show them they’re supported and help them find strategies to better manage the load. If they are OK, that person will know you’re someone who cares enough to ask.

They will be there to answer questions and to help promote the messages of the round.
The stand will be at the entrance at the National Hockey Centre in Lyneham.

TEAM PHOTOS
Corflutes will be available at each field in Lyneham and Tuggeranong. We are asking that prior to the game, that each team has a picture in front of the sign, and a third picture is taken with both teams & the umpires together. A way of recognising the message of the round together. We suggest that this is done pre game. This will make it easy on the photographer and lessen the chance of people heading off. If no photographer is available, we ask that the teams arrange the photo themselves. Smart phones are fine.
