Registration – Please click on the above links for age specific regional program details. Please ensure you register for your child’s 2024 age group only.
U12 – Born 2012 or later
U14 – Born 2011 and 2010
U16 – Born 2009 and 2008
U18 – Born 2007 and 2006
| HOCKEY ACT REGIONAL PROGRAM POLICY | a) To preserve the integrity of our aged competitions, players are required to register for and participate in their current age group. b) A player may be invited to register and participate in an age group above at the discretion of the HACT Regional Program Team. If this occurs, additional tournament fees will apply if selected. c) As U14 is the first age group for NSW State Championships, U12 players may nominate for this tournament. Refunds will be provided for any player who nominated for NSW State Championships and is not selected on a team. |

| COST | Individual Carnival/Tournament Fees are indicated on each of the age pages. A once off registration fee of $50 is payable by each player. Please note that this has previously been integrated in carnival fees. This allows flexibility to pay for carnivals individually based on families availability. |
| PAYMENT | Payment for all Canberra Regional Events is to be made at the time of registration. If Hockey ACT does not receive enough registrations to field a team for a specific event by the registration closing date, refunds will be provided to those who completed a registration. Please note that registration deadlines are in place to ensure carnival registration and payment deadlines are able to be met by Hockey ACT. Hockey ACT will continue working to ensure we receive sufficient registrations to provide players with participation opportunities at a variety of Regional Events in 2024. |

| TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION | All players are required to book and arrange their own transport and accommodation for all Regional Events and it comes at their own additional expense. Please take this into consideration when registering for an event. Please be aware of cancellation policies if booking accommodation now as teams will not be announced until closer to the tournaments. |
| COACHES AND MANAGERS | Expressions of interest are being sort for Coaches and Managers who would like to be involved in our Regional Program. 2023 saw an unprecedented number of participants and teams in the program helping to make it one of the most successful years yet. If you are interested in joining our Coaching or Managing staff for a team in the JLW, NSW State Championships or Tamworth. |
